Radiance Logistics was founded by Jessica Brown, a healthcare professional with over 20 years of experience in the medical and surgical field. Throughout her career, Jessica has worked across clinical environments, medical operations, compliance, and education — giving her a deep, first-hand understanding of how critical timing, accuracy, and professionalism are within healthcare.

In addition to her medical background, Jessica has served as a Safety and Compliance Officer for a commercial freight company and spent years managing back-office operations for a transportation and logistics business.

Jessica created Radiance Logistics to bridge the gap between healthcare knowledge and logistics execution. Her leadership ensures that every delivery is handled with precision, care, and integrity, because she understands that behind every shipment is a patient, a provider, or a life depending on it.
